Working with Bo was always a great pleasure. Bo has worked with me through intense times, both light and dark. I tribute many breakthroughs and realisations to our sessions together.

Bo has the incredible ability, to spot topics on top of a conversation and gently guide you to the bottom of it. The longer you'll work with him, the more you'll find how you are making connections between seemingly unrelated discoveries, leading to a big picture that finally makes sense.

"To know yourself is everything"

I've worked with a few counselors in the past. There were some good results, but I could never say that I felt clearly understood. With Bo this was markedly different. He not only heard me, he also listened, understood, processed and mirrored my reality back to me in a way that rang at least one bell per session. The goal of working with a coach or counselor is to understand oneself a bit better, so that one's thoughts, feelings and habits become a bit easier to grasp. We can then respond to ourselves in a more beneficial way. At 58 years old, I understand myself better than I ever have, due in very large part to my work with Bo. I can't recommend him enough.

I've been working with Bo for around a year and a half now. In that time I have made huge strides in my personal development e.g. developing new strategies for communicating my needs and wants in all sorts of situations, working through a relationship breakup, and breaking some anxieties I have and becoming more confident in many areas of my life.
