I'm extremely satisfied with my experience at Grand Royal Travel. They have amazing staffs and patiently attended to me while answering all my questions to my understanding.
They did their very best to make sure my requirements for my trip are met. They are that good.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the room offered to us at the Grand royale Hyde Park. There were two on offer, I chose the larger of the two, but the size simply is not adequate. There is barely room to walk, the staff were rude and unhelpful. The supervisor Marcel did not help at all and offered us no alternatives. I feel a big disparity between what was advertised and what was sold to us. There is barely any space to even walk in the room and bathroom resembles that of one you would find on an aeroplane. I would like some action and resolution to this.
