"Habe 2 x 2er-Pack FlyStop-Spray…"

Habe 2 x 2er-Pack FlyStop-Spray bestellt, wären eigentlich 4 Fl. gewesen, wurden zuerst aber nur 2 Fl. versendet. Nach kurzer Reklamation wurden aber sofort die fehlenden 2 Fl. unentgeltlich nachgesendet. Alles gut.

Das gelieferte Produkt entsprach nicht dem Kaufversprechen auf der Internetseite (Maße entsprechen nicht denen auf der Internetseite). Die Rückgabe bzw. Lösung dieses Problems hat ca. 3 Monate gedauert Mein Geld habe ich danach dann aber doch noch zurück bekommen. Dennoch sieht der Kundensupport die eigenen Fehler nicht, weshalb ich nie wieder in diesem Shop bestellen werde.

We helped and supported you in all your needs: once you required the refund and the parcel arrived at our warehouse in Italy (the courier came 3 times to pick up the parcel before he could find you at your place) we immediately refunded you completely. Yes, you have been refunded after 3 months because we received the item after 3 months. At the beginning in fact you asked for a size change but the supplier was closed due to Covid19 emergency and you agreed both via email and on the phone to wait till May once it would be open to have further news.
