Love the course of chef Diana Kronenber. She explained everything, showed, told how to substitute the ingredients. Just my bakery is gluten free, but I can use the technique and her good lessons! Thank you chef Diana!

"All my thanks for all the help"
Due to the bad experiences of the last year, Veecoco has become my lifeline. It has given me focus and I have become immersed in the courses making me eager to try all the courses. With the help from feedback I have successfully made 8 different cheeses and my feedback from friends has been great.
Wasn't Vegan but what I have prepared has been delicious. Thinking of becoming totally vegan

"When you started talking about saving…"
Your answer had nothing to do with what I said. I just don’t wanna have people cramming down my throat that i’m harming animals when I eat meat. I did not say it was against my belief to eat or not eat animals.. I just said God gave them to us to eat.We have a right to choose what we want to eat or not. Other people do not have a right to tell us what to eat or not to.. unless we’re not a free country anymore..And that’s not here yet

Hi Lisa, your review is misleading and does not at all reflect our cooking school, it merely reflects your personal religious believes. If it goes against your belief not to eat animals, why would you join a vegan cooking school in the first place? One of the benefits of cooking vegan is that no animals are being harmed, no one can deny that. Our school is about learning how to cook delicious vegan food and that's what we're doing very well. We're not charging you any money and never will, please refrain from making such misleading comments.

"This is my seventh certificate from…"
This is my seventh certificate from veecoco academy and I can't stress enough how much I've learned from each and every chef. I've always been a good cook (so I've been told) but these courses have given me the confidence to take my cooking skills further. I'm new at being vegan and I made this decision, mainly because of our fellow sentient beings, our animals, having to be exploited and unnecessarily used. But this vegan universe , especially thanks to veecoco academy has given me so many options that I never dreamed of. I live in Slovenia, in a very remote part of the country side, trying to grow my own vegetables and herbs. As meat is the main food in every shop ,restaurant and cafe here, I felt almost hopeless . I have now endless ideas, recipes and technics were I can give it my own twist and experiment. This changed my life! Thank you to all the chefs and to veecoco academy.
