My experience from start to finish has been positive. The website was easy to use and I received my package on the time as stipulated in a follow up email from the team. The quality is top notch and I was so pleased to receive the New Zealand plug even though the product came from a different country. Just ONE night of sleeping on my SHEET, I feel incredible! Clear headed, no longer tired, energised, very well rested AND for the first time in months, I slept through the night!! thank you, thank you, thank you, I am so glad I found your website. If I had the money, I would buy 3 more for my family. Wow! The feeling of being clear headed is something I have been reaching for, for over 10 years. "Updated Shipping and offered refund."

Ordered 12/10/2022. Order confirmation stated that order would ship 1-2 days. I have emailed customer service twice for tracking or ship date, with no response and have called customer service twice, still no response. That is the reason for this review. Was excited to try this product. At this point I just want a refund.

Update 1: Received a call from customer service and still could not get tracking information, would only say it would ship in maybe 4 weeks!!!
So much for express shipping. Will keep updating.

Update 2: Received refund and tracking for product. Thank you for rectifying my issue.

Hi Jason, We are sorry for the inconvenience! It shouldn't take so long for you to receive a shipping confirmation and tracking data. Our mistake was that we forgot to add your tracking number to your order, we added it, and a shipping confirmation was sent to your email. Your order was shipped on the 12th of December. We take customer service very seriously and disagree that our customer service "sucks." Before our management could respond to this review, one of our customer service representatives had already contacted you. Also, we have received only one email from you. A few of our orders experienced a delay - meaning prolonged shipping times from Germany to the United States, which means that the total delivery time (from the day that you ordered - 10th of December) - is 3-4 weeks. For delayed orders, the average delivery time is 17 days. Since we are shipping from Europe, we use two different couriers and include the last-mile tracking number on our tracking page (USPS). This tracking number starts updating when your order arrives in the United States. After that, the delivery time is a few days. We do take customer service very seriously. It's our main priority, and thus have decided to refund your order fully + we'll let you receive your order for free. What we hope to accomplish is for you to think that, in the end, you had a great experience with us. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you! :) Take care, Grounding Official

"I love these grounding sheets"

I'm really impressed with my grounding sheets. I have had trouble sleeping over the last several years. I would wake up multiple times per night and have trouble going back to sleep. Since using the sheets, my sleep is much deeper. If I do wake up, I fall back to sleep easily. And I can get past the dreaded 4 AM wide awake and feeling tired period. I've only been using them about 2 weeks, so haven't noticed any change to my joints etc, but will continue to monitor that and come back and update my review later.
The sheets do ship from Germany, so they take just a little while to receive. I sent an email to customer service checking on it and they responded very promptly. I'm buying another set for a friend for Christmas.

"Fell for this gimmick too"

Fell for this gimmick too!
Ordered Oct 24, almost 2 months ago, and nothing. No followup email, no shipping or tracking info (they provide a link, but it doesn't show anything about where it is!). Alas, contacted my credit card company and alerted them to these scammers. Buyer beware!

"Its in and was worth the wait!"

Got refund from company for not being correct about shipping delays and product not being delivered. Finally got the 3bedsheets yesterday after a month.
Will test out the product and come back here for details. 1st night was very recharging. slept well ! I play hockey and usually a bit sore the next day after the game. I dont know if its psychosomatic but asside from the back of the neck (i dont have the pillow case....yet!) I felt great the next day!

From bitter with shipping to very happy about product. It was worth the wait!

Communication from company was quick
they were very open and keen on customer satisfaction.
Goes a long way. Grounding officials are legit and professional.

Will report in a few weeks for overall testing of their sheets. So far after 2days...and big hockey game... i have to say it feels like magic...

"I take my single sheet with me when I travel"

I am giving them 5 stars because the product is excellent. I think most people don't understand what "electrical grounding" means and why it is important for our bodies. I am an engineer so I understand. They even sent an electrical outlet tester to test the wall outlets to ensure they are properly grounded. I am glad they did, because many of my hotels I take it to don't have all three prong outlets really grounded. I also sleep directly on my sheet, it is much softer than it looks. I wear little to no clothing to get the maximum benefit. Right away the first night my long hair was not static light normal, and yes I awake with no pains. I love my sheet and am buying one for everyone in my family. It really does work. So much that I hate having to get out of bed now :) There were shipping delays, but I did not realize the company is based in Germany. But it was worth the wait.

"I was in a car accident last year and…"

I was in a car accident last year and have several injuries and various treatments. Since the first time I used the fitted sheet and pillow case I can sleep without pain! The only problem now is I don't want to get out of bed ! ?? Thank you so much for being a huge part in my healing process! Highly recommend to anyone who has trouble sleeping because of pain !

"I have had my sheet about 2 or 3…"

I have had my sheet about 2 or 3 months. My shoulder/neck muscles no longer ache, and my arthritic fingers seem lots better. I realized a couple weeks ago that I dont rest on the couch every single day anymore. After cancer, chemo, covid and life the last 3 years I would have to stop every day for couple hours.

I bought a sheet and a pillow case. I have slept better
every night since I got them!
I ordered another set just to have on hand.
I know I can go barefoot, which I do some. But winter
is coming on and it won't be possible soon.
