"SCAM ALERT- they do not make…"
SCAM ALERT- they do not make shipments!!
I got info 'parcel delivered', but nothing was delivered, no info from any courier!

Check with Neighbors: Sometimes, postal workers accidentally place packages in neighboring mailboxes. We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them by mistake. Wait for Next Mail Delivery: Occasionally, there can be delays in updating delivery statuses. We suggest waiting until the next mail delivery day, as the package might still be en route and could be delivered the following day. Contact Local Post Office: If you have not received your package after waiting for an additional day, please contact your local post office. They can provide more information about the delivery status and location of your package. File a Claim: You can also file a claim regarding your order with your neighborhood post office. Please note that once a package leaves our facility, we have limited control over its handling and delivery. "SCAM ALLERT!!"
SCAM ALLERT!!
This company is knowingly selling a product that doesn't work, we tested it with our meters and it doesnt ground. But they will tell you it does we ordered one sheet set to try order #77901 then they upsold us on a second set, we only received one set, they said sorry were low on stock we’ll send the second set soon as possible. weeks went by I enquired got ignored, sent multiple measages emails texts finally called customer service (LD charges) customer service was rude and arrogant they said I never paid for the second set thats why i never recieved I wanted to show them my screenshot of the funds clearing my bank they said they cant do that, I said Im taking them to court and making bad reviews. But once we realized (Thank God) that the first set doesnt do what its supposed to do, we dont even want ANY. Instead were taking them to court because they are a SCAM. And they will pay for court fees too this has to stop people are being ripped off thinking they are grounding when they are not. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Sheets are tough and uncomfortable, make no noticeable difference in sleep quality or overall health.

"Great Customer Service"
I have been very happy from ordering to receiving my sheet and pillowcase. Upon receiving my items I washed them and was excited to get them on my bed. I had questions with the connecting. I emailed and Joseph emailed back right away. I was very impressed with the quick response. After sleeping one night a pain I always have in my shoulder was better. I cannot wait to see improvements over a period of time. Very happy with my purchase.

"Excellent customer service!"
I have not yet received the grounding sheet (another review about that later) but I did have a number of questions prior to purchase and I was extremely impressed by the speed, the quality of information and the professionalism evident in each communication.
