I forgot to enter my 20% off discount code. I emailed the team at Grounding Official asking if I could get that credited to me, not expecting them to be able to...but they did! Great customer service!

"Happy with my purchase!!"
I ordered these sheets for myself and two family members! Wow, they really made a difference in how deep I seem to sleep now. Most days I feel really rejuvenated after sleeping on the grounding sheets. This company and the customer service has been fantastic!!!

"2 pronged plug doesnât work"
Laurice was on the other end of the email when I let grounding know that that the sheet wasnât working for me because I have very sensitive skin and it was a little bit scratchy. When I plugged it in I realized I only have two prong plugs and no ground in my bedroom. I live in an old house. I decided to send it back and they gave me a full refund, thank you grounding.

"I am a RN"
I am a RN, BSN of 25 years. I am focused more & more on natural remedies & getting back to utilizing nature & utilizing local farms for vegetables & meat. I purchased grounding flat sheets for my husband & myself. I sleep like I did when I was a child. I noticed right away how it calmed my breathing & overall sense of well-being. I wonât ever sleep without it. Husband has been traveling but, I canât wait for him to experience the improved sleep & calmness that I have.

"August 2023 - Grounding Queen Sheet & Pillow Cases"
August 2023 - I bought the queen bottom sheet and 2 pillow cases. From the first night Iâve had improved sleep (sleep Apnea - canât use C-Pap). Also helped many major health/skin problems. Feel relaxed and deeper sleep. Inflammation reduction, sleep longer, more rested. During the day when I need a nap, I just lay on my grounded pillow, and get refreshed.
I have been night grounding for years with a grounding cord attached to a conductive wrist band. The sheet is so much simpler and now that Iâm married (age 76) my husband gets the benefit of grounding at the same time as me!!!!

"I bought the fitted sheet andâŠ"
I bought the fitted sheet and pillowcase from Grounding. I tried it for over two months and unfortunately, did not see any change in my chronic insomnia.
I made the decision to return the product within the 90 day period and spoke with Franco via e-mail. I was pleasantly surprised when the company refunded me my purchase and told me to keep the sheet and pillowcase.
Great customer service...responded to my e-mail within 48 hours and issue resolved issue within same time frame. Sad it didn't work for me, but great company that stands behind their products.

"Grounding company very responsive...."
Grounding works when I go outside barefoot so I ordered a sheet to try it on my bed. I have a Sleep Number bed and for some reason the sheet will not work on my bed.
When I wrote to groundingofficial.com they answered immediately and talked me through multiple methods to get the sheet to work. Still the bed seems to block the sheet instead. The company made good immediately with a refund (for now). I think I'm going to go buy a bed that I don't have to count on my internet always working and the electricity always being on. Hate the bed but look forward to grounding.
Anyway, company gets 5 stars for responding so quickly to my concerns, trying so hard to make it work for me, and giving me an acceptable solution.
