Great customer service. My sheet and pillow cases arrived on time. The set up process was quick and easy. Vanessa, the customer service representative, was knowledgeable and helpful. After using the sheet for only a few days, I have been experiencing more restful sleep.

"The worst customer service ever"

I have sent again an email this evening. I was charged $112.00 for one set and $223.99 for two others which I did not order. There should have been two king size sets not three. Visa reference numbers are: 2091 and 2793 on September 4th.

When I was contacted about my product satisfaction, I responded that I hadn’t rec’d the product yet. There was immediate follow up and resolution. I received my product the next day. Excellent and responsive customer service!! Thank you!

"No correspondence, payment taken no products?!"

I have heard such great things. I ordered several sets of sheets and I have had no correspondence or tracking number but my visa has been charged. I’m hoping I didn’t get dooped here but thinking I might have to call fraud on visa as it’s possible it’s just an internet scam. Willing to change this review should I ever receive help and or my products

"Brilliant CS + Product"

Grounding Official company has proven to be both excellent with their Customer Service and Product. Delivery is a little slow but shortly after ones order is place you are given tracking information to follow. I first contact them via Email re: a set of questions and the response was within 24 hours. Again being a little more confused my next set of questions were promptly answered satisfactorily.

Unfortunately my home's electrical system isn't grounded correctly so I was unable to use the sheets in my home, but this company refunded me right away and handled it with excellent customer service.

"Excellent to deal with"

Excellent to deal with, extremely easy to order and considering it arrived from overseas, I was pleased with the delivery time! The sheets themselves are very comfortable and after a few weeks I have already noticed my skin looking and feeling better! "GREATLY improved sleep quality"

In the past 15 years I've tried everything to help me sleep. The Grounding Official sheet is ABSOLUTELY the only product that has made a difference. I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. I just ordered a second sheet for my son because he slept on the sheet one night and noticed a positive difference as well. Worth every penny!!

"My cat prefers the grounding sheet"

Since having my grounding sheets my cat only wants to sleep on the sheet directly so he must feel a difference where before he preferred on-top of all the covers, as well I find I have a deeper sleep.
