"It works! One regret thoughâŠ."
Iâm very happy with my purchase in that itâs working to relieve my back stiffness! Iâm waking up in am without lower back pain. However, I really regret that I purchased the single piece (for just my side of the bed) instead of the whole king size sheet - the piece shifts around a lot on top of my mattress. I contacted the company and they graciously allowed me to return for a refund so I can rebuy the king sheet⊠BUT, they are located in Germany and shipping it back will cost a lot, so I decided to just keep what I have. I really want a king sheet, but itâs too pricey⊠I wish these were more affordable. Highly recommend. Hoping to get the king size sheet one dayâ

"DO NOT BUY THIS SHEET - POOR FIT!"
I have a 12" depth queen size mattress. I ordered the correct sheet based on the information on the Grounding Official website. This sheet does NOT fit my mattress; the "customer service" team is useless; their advice is that I purchase "sheet straps" or return this sheet to them in GERMANY (I am in the US), via FED-EX, at my expense! What kind of customer service is that? Whether it was made in Germany or China, which is likely, this standard size queen sheet is about 6" too short on the sides of my mattress. I have sent photos - can't make this up - they could care less. DO NOT BUY from this German company - you will be throwing your money away if you receive a defective sheet, which they will never take ownership of.

Waste of money expensive sheets canât even return them to USA has to go back to their German address.
Save yourself the waste of time and effort. Sheets are similar quality to Costco sheets and have made zero difference to my sleep.

In response to their response they offered a refund one week AFTER the dispute and AFTER they responded to the dispute, they then decided to not refund me anything.
I will also point out that the sheets are the are very expensive and make no difference at all to sleep. There are similar companies in the USA which are based on the USA and do not hide behind a phantom USA address (note nothing in their website informs you at all that they are German based, that if you decide to get a refund you have to ship the product back to Germany which costs as much as the sheets in some parts of the USA and that shipping the product to you can take up to three weeks. All rather important information when deciding on purchasing a product

"Follow Up Review"
I wrote a review 2 weeks ago and thought I would follow up with another review.
I just wanted to say that my arthritis in my hands continues to be non existent and my blood pressure is still back to normal. My wife at first was very skeptical and kept saying she didn't feel any difference for the first week but just the other day had said to me that she is definitely waking up feeling more refreshed and has more energy throughout the day and is not waking up multiple times a night. As is the same with me. The last couple of years she has been struggling with getting good night sleeps. My sleeping has since improved greatly as well. The first week I didn't really notice a difference in my sleep as I woke up 3 or 4 times a night as usual. Now I maybe wake up once a night and fall right back to sleep again.
My wife had me order a second set which I had placed a week ago. Had a question and emailed them and received a response very quickly from Joseph who was very helpful and quick to respond. Customer service is great!

"Grounding is a Honest and Generous Company"
I impulsively made a $153.00 purchase on 8/29/23. I remembered that I should have been saving for a move I was planning to make in the spring, so I asked how I could go about returning the items. Vanessa, CS Grounding Official talked to her team and replied that I would receive a full refund. Astoundingly, I was also told that the team decided to "gift"me the king size sheet and 2 king size pillow cases so I need not return them. I have never experienced such a generous offer from any company before and I am truly grateful. This company is the best!

"I love this product"
I love this product. First, The customer service is outstanding! Further, I was getting sick w a sore throat and I plugged in the sheet and pillowcase and laid on them. Within a few hours my throat was fine. I was amazed! Could have been a fluke but I think it was bc I was grounding w these sheets. This is an excellent product I would recommend highly!

"Missing in action"
I ordered my sheets at July 16 and they were apparently delivered on August 8. I have seen no sign of them and was starting to think this was a scam company but I see there are a lot of positive reviews here. Just a lot of hit and miss as well.. I havenât received my sheets and confused as to why it says I have received them. I did not receive any tracking number that correlates with Canada Post and since that doesnât transfer over Canada Post cannot help me either. Was really looking forward to the benefits of these sheets, and now I am quite disappointed.
