"Vor Bestellung gut prüfen"

Wer bereits zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung weiß, das Produkt nicht zurücksenden zu müssen (z.B. indem bereits vorab die richtige Größe von Inlineskates bekannt ist) und kein Problem mit einer längeren Versanddauer aus dem Ausland hat, kann durch eine Bestellung bei "Sportega" etwas Geld sparen.

In meinem konkreten Fall wurden Herren-Inlineskates der Marke "K2" zum Preis von 127,49 € + 5,90 € Versand bestellt. Das selbe Modell kostet bei deutschen Händlern (wie Amazon oder Otto) ungefähr 160 €. Das Produkt kam originalverpackt, neuwertig und unbeschädigt an.

Wer sein Produkt möglicherweise zurücksenden muss, sollte von "Sportega" aber besser Abstand halten: Die Retoure ist sehr teuer und mühsam.

"Möglichst keine Retouren"

Meine Erfahrungen mit dem Bestellprozedere, der Lieferungdauer, der Kommunikation über den Stand der Bestellung/Lieferung, dem Preis und der Qualität des Velohelms waren allesamt sehr gut.
Bei Anbietern im Ausland versuche ich generell, Retouren möglichst zu vermeiden. D.h. ich bestelle nur dann, wenn ich sicher bin, dass mir die Grösse auch passt. Denn das Zurückschicken von Paketen ins Ausland ist äusserst umständlich, sowohl für Käufer wie auch Verkäufer.

"NIE WIEDER SPORTEGA!!!"

Wollte ein bestelltes Paket zurücksenden, habe beim Versand 5,90€ bezahlt. Artikel hat mir nicht gefallen und wollte ihn zurücksenden. Sportega schickt dir kein Retourenetikett oder sonst irgendetwas. Man muss es an eine Privatperson zurücksenden. Diese hat nun jedoch das Paket verweigert und ich musste wieder die Versandkosten von 19€ zahlen. Somit kamen mich nur die Versankosten dank der Innompetenz von Sportega auf 25€ bei einem Warenwert von 29€

"Keine gute Erfahrung gemacht mit Sportega"

Ich werde nie mehr bei Sportega bestellen.
Man kann nämlich die Artikel nicht an Sportega Schweiz zurücksenden,sondern sehr teuer inkl.
Verzollung nach Deutschland. Das hat mich 25 Schweizer Franken gekostet. Alles bei dieser
Firma ist nicht transparent.
