I made a mistake somehow in placing my order and I contacted Grounding immediately. Dyrine, one of their customer service reps helped me out immediately. I appreciate their quick and supportive customer service. As a first time buyer I would recommend this company based on this experience.

"Alternative to pain meds!"
I suffer from nerve pain and was looking for an alternative to drugs to help me.I saw an advertisement for grounding fitted sheets. I purchased it and boy has it been wonderful! I now fall right to sleep without the nagging pain of my feet hurting. These sheets are amazing. They are a little rough for my sensitive skin so I did put my regular sheet over it. Still worked great!

"It's only been a week since I beganâŠ"
It's only been a week since I began sleeping on my Grounding mat and pillow case. Feeling hopeful. And a little bit excited.
I got covid pneumonia last April. The inflammation COVID-19 causes triggered a head injury I sustained in a car accident years ago. Simply put it's a concussion that doesn't go away. Consequently, I've been dizzy and off balance and MISERABLE for 6 months.
It's hard to think or talk or concentrate on simple tasks. I can't drive. I walk with a cane for balance. I struggle just to take part in a simple conversation because it's hard to remember the words I want to say. It's embarrassing and upsetting.
It feels like my brain is constantly "misfiring". It sounds strange, but I can feel and sometimes even hear the energy inside my head zipping and zapping all over.
Weeks ago I listened to a doctor explain that because covid is not a naturally occurring virus it causes a "disordered inflammatory response" in the body. The brain doesn't get the All Clear signal to pull back the inflammation the way it does at the end of a natural infection.
I knew the inflammation is the reason for my dizziness.
I saw the ad for the grounding mat. At first glance it seemed like it was meant for the granola eating, yoga posing, essential oil type who are the perfect consumer of the latest snake oils. No offense ?
I'm 62 years old and I have seen countless products come on the scene with big claims they couldn't live up to.
But the theory behind the grounding actually makes sense to me. I grew up in the 60s. We were barefoot most of the time. I remember how great it felt standing in the grass and on the beach. Also, we also never got sick!
Also, I was desperate enough to try anything to get my life back.
So I decided to order the Grounding mat and try it.
After just one week of sleeping on my grounding mat and pillow case I am feeling better than I have in SIX MONTHS.
I'm moving at normal speed. Don't need a cane. And I'm only mildly dizzy ?. That's a great start!
I'm so encouraged!

"No continuity, sheets do not work, only 9 months old."
Verified sheets were actually working. Using an OHM meter, I measured the resistance just like their CS suggested, no continuity, measured connection point to point, no continuity. The sheets grounding ability has failed at some point, the sheets are 9 months old, 90 day warranty! Do not waste your money! I encourage all customers to test your sheets.

"Thankyou Grace for all your help withâŠ"
Thankyou Grace for all your help with our purchase. I'm always wondering who is on the other end of these deals but I was pleasantly surprised with the professional and quick service I received with all my questions and concerns. Then I tried my Kingsize sheet with two pillow cases - all plugged in - wasn't sure if we did it right as there wasn't real instructions but it's pretty obvious I suppose, and we slept! WOW! What a deep sleep we had and have continued to have! It's been 3 weeks now and I can honestly say it's like we get knocked out... then it's morning. My memory is getting better, less brain fog and my body isn't as numb so we are sold. Just bought more for my parents and children - so love it! Great quality cotton and very comfy :)

We are sleeping more contented, restful& peaceful. The brochure explains the placement & hookups making it so easy to operate & manipulate. The quality of fabric is also very pleasing.

"Very satisfied customer!"
The sheet and half sheet came in minimal, recyclable packaging that is sturdy enough to use for long-term storage. The instructions were very clear and came in multiple languages. When I put the half sheet on, tucked it in, and laid down on it, I could immediately feel a difference in my physical level of calm and comfort. It seems like I sleep more deeply and have dreams I remember more readily when sleeping on these sheets. Joseph, from Grounding Official, reached out to me personally to ask how I was doing with the sheets. That is an amazing level of customer service! 10/10!

"The incorrect size was received and horrible customer service."
The incorrect size was received, itâs a twin size sheet when I ordered a kingâThe company is trying to say I didnât receive it due to a credit card issue. Please stop with the automated responses. Is it useful, NO. Would I purchase again-No. would I recommend again -NO!

"Fantastic purchase"
I purchased the grounded fitting bedsheet as I was curious. I was unsure but made the purchase anyway. The first 2 days I didnât notice much of a change BUT then on day 3 and since that day, I have had countless uninterrupted sleeps - something I havenât had for over 20+yrs. I donât get up during the night any more, no more nagging back pain and of all things, I wake up around 5:30am wanting to start my day!!
