"The product(sheets) were uncomfortable and did not fit!!"

The product(sheets) were uncomfortable scratchy not soft didn't feel like a very high thread count!! the sheets did not fit our mattress the pockets were not deep enough !! The shipping takes unusually long because of customs !! I was told by one customer service rep they would refund my money just return the sheets but failed to tell me they don't pay for return shipping!! The company is well aware of the return shipping cost !! so I spoke to another cs rep and she said they may just let me keep the sheets because the return shipping is too high and they don't send return labels !! That did not happen!! Another CS REP OFFERED 50% REFUND (WHICH I SHOULD HAVE ACCEPTED AT THE TIME !!) But I felt I shouldn't have to pay for return shipping or for sheets that don't fit and are not comfortable !! so I asked for a full refund and they send me a return shipping label. They said several times they would get back to me but didn't so contacted again !! they never answered the phone when I called so I left messages every time and was not called back every time !! They decided not to take care of my customer needs !! I don't trust these people/company so I decided not to spend more money on return shipping on a poor product that I can't use and take a chance they will not refund my money because of repacking incorrectly or shipping problem or restock fee ETC.!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND MISLEADING!!

UPDATE: I finally received my sheets. It took a MONTH. So there is that, but I did get them and they are great.

Order 86719.
UPDATE Nov 3 - Finally see movement. It appears my sheets are in the US as of early this morning Nov 3rd. I am getting hopeful. I will keep you updated once i receive them.

I ordered on 10/6
Today is 10/26 and I still don't see movement on my sheets. Website says received on Oct 11th. I keep trying to be hopeful/positive. But it looks like I have been scammed. I will reach out again today. If I get my sheets I will come back and edit. Until then, DON'T DO IT!!

"LACK OF FULL TRANSPARENCY..."

Unfortunately, I’ve had to learn a very expensive lesson with this company.

I placed my order on August 30, 2023 (76151) but didn’t receive it until September 15! So much for the 5–7-day express delivery guaranteed. That was my first disappointment, however I chose to look the other way because I was excited to try my new bed sheet in hopes that it would bring me some much-needed relief.

On September 16, I received a text message from George, owner of Grounding Official, to personally reach out and ask how I liked my recent order. I responded back to him and let him know just how uncomfortable I found the sheet to be. It was very scratchy on my skin, and I found that it caused a weird sensation in my legs, kind of like static electricity. Needless to say, I didn’t get much sleep that night, but I did tell him that I could try it again for another night to see if it was just a coincidence.
On September 18, he responded back to me apologizing for the inconvenience that it had caused but reassured me that it was totally normal that some people have different reactions, but they should subside within a week or two. He then recommended shortening my exposure to it to only a half-hour to one hour during the day and gradually increase my exposure over a week or two to allow my body to adjust. So, I responded back and told him I would follow his recommendations so that I could give it an honest trial. After 3 weeks of following his suggestions, I just couldn’t stand it any longer. I washed it as per their instructions and returned it to the original box it came in.

On October 17, I sent another text and explained the continual discomfort and requested instructions on how I could return the item for a refund. That’s when I got the big surprise. Expecting to receive the return mailing label, what I got was an address in GERMANY!!! Are you kidding me?!?! We (the buyer) are responsible for the return shipping even though it is NOT mentioned on their website, AT ALL! Can you imagine the cost from Canada back to Germany, PLUS the additional cost of TRACKING that is also requested!!

It is truly unfair that this company neglects to inform any potential customers of this fact. Had I known, I never would have taken the chance on purchasing this sheet. Since Covid, the cost of everything has gone up substantially and I don’t have money to throw away (I only receive a small disability pension). I will never trust this company again and will advise everyone I know against purchasing anything from them. “100% Money Back Guaranteed! We believe our products are some of the best in the world. To back this up, we provide all customers with a 90-day RISK-FREE warranty. We understand buying items online can sometimes be a daunting task and want you to feel certain that there is ZERO risk.” This statement is from their website. ZERO risk?! So misleading! It only acts as BAIT to reassure people to take a chance, but in fact it’s a TRAP!!! Don’t buy from this company, they have a total disregard for potential customers.

That being said, they need to update their return policy to reflect that returns must be sent back to Germany at the buyer’s expense. FULL TRANSPARENCY!! Anything less is being deceptive & dishonest and is just not acceptable.

"Buyer beware"

Buyer beware, you must return the sheets to GERMANY if they don't work out. The shipping cost is more than what you paid for the sheets. What a joke!

"Amazing results!"

Two factors that I absolutely want to convey! I was skeptical about another “ fix” regarding pain relief waking me up throughout the night. I’ve lived with hip pain for years and have tried so many different approaches to help me sleep better to no avail. I was willing to try one more approach after reading about grounding. Within a 10 day period, my hip pain disappeared! I’ve not been woken up from hip pain since sleeping on the single sheet ( 2 1/2 months!).
Another thing I want to share is the amazing customer service I’ve received!!! There was some discrepancy regarding my order that I didn’t catch until 2 months later. Grounding Official responded to my inquiries immediately, always in a very positive manner! In the end, they listened and adjusted my account in my favor. They didn’t have to do this but they did! (I accidentally ordered double). I highly recommend this company!!

"BEWARE need to ship return to GERMANY!"

I ordered the sheets thinking it was a company with US operations as they list a US toll free number. 2 weeks later I still didn’t get my order. Contacted customer service who said items are shipped from Germany so takes a while. 3 weeks later I finally get my order. I did not like it and thought the US California based company Earthing’s mattress products were much more effective.

Contacted the company for return. They provide me with an address in GERMANY!! The return shipping will be more than the actual product.

Feel totally defrauded by this company that is suppose to be doing good!!

I asked since they use a freight forwarding company in the US if I could ship it there instead since they are presenting themself as having a US presence. No response.
