"These sheets are terrible!!! Do not buy!"

These sheets are terrible. Didn’t fit and I have to return to GERMANY! Costs more than the sheets, tough, do not fit and have an odd smell . Waste of money. Should have just stuck with Amazon and a more reputable company.

"Where have you been all of my aching life?"

From the first night, the difference was AMAZING! I don't wake up with lower back or leg pain since I've started sleeping on the mat! Everyone should own one!!!! oh my goodness! I even wake up with more energy. No more grogginess or painful feet as I first put my feet on the ground! I’ve suffered from plantar fasciitis on and off and lower back pain. I might buy one for my parents for Christmas because I know that they could benefit from grounding sheets immensely!
P.S. Since I received the sheets, George has been very attentive and has personally messaged my phone. I’ve asked him questions and he’s responded! They have HUMANS that actually work with you vs a company that only has computers that respond.

"Immediate and impactful results"

My husband and I saw immediate results in quality of sleep- sleeping deeper and waking much less frequently. I believe it has helped with my restless legs and hot flashes! We have experienced a significant reduction in tension in our neck and shoulders. I also had a torn rotator cuff that was having trouble healing and it greatly improved within days. When we lie down for bed, there’s a new sense of calm and comfort. It truly feels like you’re doing something great for your body. I highly recommend and have purchased several now for those I love! Support is also great - (specifically Dyrine, CS)

"Being Grounded is Great! We have been sleeping on our grounding
"

We have been sleeping on our grounding sheets and pillowcases for about two weeks now. My husband and I have really noticed the increase in sleep for sure! Even if woken up during the night, I go right back to slumber. These things are amazing! Also, our dogs bury under the covers and get their grounding as well! Thank you for this amazing product!

"Delighted with these sheets"

I have only just started to use grounding sheets (last 2months). I started sleeping deeper immediately and find I wake up less achy since I have arthritis! When I was confused about how to set up my second set, Vanessa, got back to me and clarified everything! It’s so important to have attentive customer service! "Absolute game changer..."

Absolute game changer. I'm in my sixties. In 2 nights, my aches and pains are all but gone, I'm sleeping much better and deeper, and even notice positive changes in my skin. I was doubtful about this purchase, but so happy I took the chance. This is the real deal.

"Great customer service"

Great customer service! After receiving my order I had a question and emailed the support and to my surprise I got an email back within 10 minutes with my question answered. Joseph was really helpful. The only thing I would say that may be on the website it should say international shipping takes up to 3 weeks to receive the package. That’s the only thing that I would suggest. It says 5-7 business days and it might be true for Europe but for United States it looks like it takes longer understandably so. Great product, grounding is a real thing and yes we can all try and ground outside but let’s be honest it doesn’t happen often. Thank you for your great product!

"Waiting to receive yet, above average customer support"

I haven’t gotten the sheets yet but I believe they should be shipped soon. I’ve interacted with the customer service team a few time and they’re patient and quick to reply.

I am still waiting to actually receive some sort of order confirmation. Order went through, but haven’t gotten an email or text receipt or confirmation. They said 2-3 days after order that should get that, and I’m through day 3 and still haven’t. This is really the only reason for the 4 stars is that I can’t seem to get even a receipt for my order.

As you can see from my initial review I never got a text confirmation due to the email address not being provided. I knew I had not provided an email address - per the site instructions it said I could provide email OR cell, so I only provided my cell, anticipating I’d get a text . That never arrived. I’ve emailed the company a few times and while their responses are prompt and thorough, they seem reluctant to email me that receipt after I’ve told them multiple times that I’ve not gotten that text. Just kind of disappointed in this process.

"Bad Shiiping information"

I ordered from this company with express shipping 5-7 days. After order is placed you get a pop up saying that delivery comes from Germany. Finding out that 5-7 days means to ship out of Germany. It actually takes at least
3 weeks minimum to receive but probably longer. I ask company to post the real shipping times and not wait til order is placed to then give a pop up of shipping. That should be stayed up front before ordering.
But I got no legitimate response to that.
