"You’ll Sleep better & feel much better when you wake up!"

Hello George. Just received our latest order of your Grounding Sheet & pillow case. My wife & I have ordered several sheets from your company over the past year. We are so pleased with your products. We can attest to the fact that we are sleeping much better than we ever have and have experienced less bothersome aches & pains when we get up in the morning. We truly believe in grounding and have had firsthand experience with the positive results from it. We have given sheets & pillowcases to our family members as gifts and have spread the word about the effectiveness of using your grounding products. I realize there are other grounding products out there but find yours to be the most satisfactory and affordable.
Additionally, you and your staff, (particularly Dyrine) have kept in touch when we have placed orders to make certain that we are 100% satisfied with our ordering and receipt of product.

Website does not indicate that you should not use with a CPAP machine. Returns are to Germany or Estonia and shipping on you! All communication is unanswered except one canned email.

"Did I get drop shipped??"

I ordered this on Dec 2 expecting delivery with 5-7 days as advertised. It's still not here and it's the 13. So far this has not been a good experience, and to add salt to the injury, is shipping from Shanghai, China! Not from Germany like everyone talks about. I'll update this when the package arrives and I try it out. Unfortunately no way to upload pictures that I know of.

"Outstanding Customer Service"

A big THANK YOU to John in customer service for ensuring that my sheet gets replaced free of charge after I discovered a hole in it by the seam in the corner, within 3-4 weeks of using it. I received their email replies within 24 hours or less and they took care of my issue, no problem. John was particularly helpful in ensuring that I was completely satisfied at my end. As for the sheet I highly recommend it. I was a bit worried my husband would not like it and was pleasantly surprised to learn he prefers it to the other sheets we use, as he finds this one more comfortable to sleep on.

"I am only on my 3rd night sleeping on…"

I am only on my 3rd night sleeping on my sheet but I can already tell a difference in my sleep patterns. I was skeptical but hopeful. So far so good. Customer service is fabulous. I had a question when I received the sheets. They responded within a day. Very helpful. Satisfied customer

"Return costs more than sheet, and it doesn't work!"

Not only does this sheet do nothing, but their 90 day return policy is a total scam. Yes, you can return it for any reason, but the sheet I bought for $89 cost a cool $130 in shipping to return it to Zittau, Germany. The whole company is a scam, don't waste your time or money.

"I wouldn't even give the one star if I…"

I wouldn't even give the one star if I could. On their website it says that the item can be returned and to simply contact them on how and where to return it. What they don't tell you is that it has to be shipped all the way to GERMANY and you have to cover the cost yourself. There is no mention of the customer having to pay the cost of return on their site or that its going to be returned to the other side of the world.
Not to mention, when I purchased it, it charged me in USD which would suggest that it is coming from the US! Now, not only did I pay a exchange rate from CAD to USD but I also have to spend over $100 to ship it back to GERMANY from CANADA. If they don't get it or it gets delayed past the 90 days, I lose my money. This is false advertising and ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! Had I known this item was being shipped from the other side of the world and not in North America and Id have to bare the cost of return, I would have NEVER risked getting it. Save yourselves the headache and frustration. Pissed, is an understatement of me experience thus far.

"I must admit I was a bit skeptical..."

I must admit I was a bit skeptical that these sheets would make a difference. But after 10 days, I can say that my hip pain has been dramatically improved. The pain would wake me several times. I have slept soundly and feel better each morning. I did contact the company twice with a question, and they responded very quickly and professionally. The sheets are very nice and comfortable. Keep an open mind to things that are "new" and you'll be pleasantly surprised at your results!
